Papillote of Tuna with Cumin

Cooking en papillote is a great way to infuse flavor without adding fat with oil.

Ingredients for 1 person:

120 g tuna fillet
1/2 cup julienned carrots
1/2cup julienned zucchini
1 pc lemon
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
Parchment paper

Preparation: Preheat oven to 350 ° F

Wash, peel and detail the carrot and zucchini into julienne.

Prepare a rectangle of parchment paper

Place the julienned vegetables and the salmon fillet with salt and pepper and a slice of lemon on the foil and add the cumin.

Seal the foil.

Bake for 15 minutes in the oven. It is already done when the parchment bag expands.
